Returns for exchange, refund or credit:

Crazyhouse.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of purchase according to the specifications listed below. Merchandise, including buyers’ remorse purchases, must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and returned in original box.

Unless otherwise stated, the shipping charges, for both delivery of their orders and returns back to the Crazy House, are the responsibility of the customer unless these qualifications are met:

o The item was ordered incorrectly by crazyhouse.com.

o The item was listed incorrectly on the www.crazyhouse.com web site regarding size, price.

(Item colors may vary according to monitor settings and lighting conditions)

o The item was defective or structurally defective.

o AUPS tag would be sent to the customer and the charges will be replaced with an item of equal value.

· All items returned will be charged an $11 restocking fee unless the return was caused by an in-store error.

· If the purchased boots or item(s) is visually defective or structurally defective, a refund will be issued to customer once the boots are received by crazyhouse.com. pending the possible return of the item to the manufacturer's QC Quality Control. (up to 3-4 weeks at times)

· If the item was sent in error by Crazyhouse.com, Crazyhouse.com will pay the shipping expense to return the item to crazyhouse.com and will send a replacement item, of the same weight and to the same destination as the original purchase.

· When an item is approved for a “Postage Paid Return” by our shipping department, the customer will be mailed a UPS call tag via US mail that will have a tracking number, that way customer can follow from their location back to Crazyhouse.com. call the web site supervisor for approval.

Boots*:

· Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in “as-new” condition. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and returned in original packaging/box.

Note: When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Clothing items*:

· If the purchased items are visually defective or structurally defective, a refund will be issued to customer once the item(s) is received by crazyhouse.com. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and returned in original packaging/box.

· If the item returned was a “special order”, an $11.00 restocking fee will be retained by crazyhouse.com from the refund total.

How To Ship Your Return or Exchange

To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include the original invoice received with the shipment. Allow 3-4 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Sorry, return or exchange shipping charges are not refundable.

Refund:

Refunds will be applied to your pay pal account, less restocking fee and sales tax if applicable (state of Kansas).
